A Private or Partner Tantra session

A
private session...
focuses on whatever you are called to experience in
the moment. I know that sounds pretty esoteric, but
it is really all about your experience.
A
gateway into your experience...
might include a moving meditation (A Movement session), dynamic breathing or other breath work, body work, or a variety of relaxation, flexibility, or body/sensory awareness techniques. Some people might prefer private work before going to a class or workshop, while others prefer to experience the group energy first. Either way is fine.
Your private session...
Initially starts out with us getting to know each other, with a focus on YOU. We'll talk about what's going on in you, in your body, identify your intention and then we'll start!
Your session can be with a partner (a partner session)...
A Partner Session can enhance intimacy between you and your partner, nurture the feelings of connectedness, and allow for spontaneous love to burst forward!
In a
private session there is a opportunity...
to create a greater and more continuous connection with yourself, to be in love with yourself regardless of someone else loving you or you loving someone else.
I remember my first private
session...
I had done group work first, then I signed up for my first private
session. It was a little scary, actually. But that's when I really began my Tantric path. It was a Movement Session where I
laid down
on the floor and allowed my body to just dance to tribal music--I was literally dancing on the floor. A Movement session is with music and motion where I connect with my body, through, well, movement. It sounds so simple but the awareness and healing that is done through this is profound.

What do you want to experience...
on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels during and after your session?
My intention...with the session is to be fully present and create a safe place for you to experience you where ever you're at.

Some of the
basics of...
A
Private or
Partner Session
Wear either loose, tight fitting or no clothing at all!
(See the second paragraph below)
I invite you to either wear loose or tight clothing
because in
an Ashtanga yoga class that I've taken, I wore a shirt that was
"in between" and found it actually hindered my breathing during the
practice. In Group, we often breathe quite a bit and I want you to be
comfortable.
A
note about Naked Tantra private and partner sessions:
They are incredibly intimate experiences (which doesn't mean that sex
is happening, so much as a greater, "grander" intimate & connecting
experience just presents itself). Usually this happens because of body
beliefs-what we believe about our own bodies).
Couple or Partner
Sessions
A couple or partner sessions are different from a Tantra massage in that the massage is hands-on, where the partners will physically connect. A Tantra Partner Session (again, not the massage) is a way of connecting, creating, reconnecting and even "re-learning" healthy intimacy with your partner with or without touch.
It includes demonstrating clear, deeply honest communication, boundary exploration, limit setting, and relaxation.
Here, you and your partner can explore each other from your partner's perspective as you learn to listen not from your ears but from your heart, and, from the body. There may be new awareness's of your own sexual or gender expression that can deepen your connection, with your partner, and,
with yourself.
Come with an
intention.
What is it that you'd like to experience in the
session. How do you want to feel emotionally and physically during,
and after the
session?
Bring a journal or paper and pen
so that you can
remember or anchor in your experiences at a greater depth. The
learning from a session can bring healing.
